The space
The Chill Inn – Step into your own private retreat just outside Granada — a warm, spacious villa designed for connection, comfort, and unforgettable group moments.
A spacious 3 floors 320 sqm villa set on a 720 sqm private plot, thoughtfully designed for families, groups of friends, and shared experiences. With multiple living areas, generous bedrooms, outdoor entertainment spaces, and a private pool, it’s a true retreat — perfect in every season.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The villa is distributed across three floors, offering privacy and comfort for everyone:
– Top Floor (Attic Suite – approx. 60 sqm)
A large open space with 2 double beds (sleeping 4) + one single bed, a large private bathroom with jacuzzi, air conditioning, TV, and access to a beautiful panoramic terrace — perfect for sunset drinks and quiet mornings.
– Second Floor
Two bedrooms:
• One master bedroom with a double bed (with option to add an extra single bed)
• One bedroom with 2 single beds
This floor also features a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with TV, deep comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
-Ground Floor
A flexible entertainment / guest room with sofa bed for 2 plus 1 extra bed on request (ideal when hosting larger groups).
There’s also a full bathroom and a spacious open-plan living area with the main kitchen, large dining tables, bar corner, cozy leather sofas, and a fireplace — perfect for winter evenings or group dinners.
From here, you step directly into the garden and pool area.
In total, the villa offers 3 bathrooms (one on each floor).

Location – Urbanización El Puntal (Padul)
The Chill Inn is located in El Puntal, an exclusive and very quiet residential area known for large villas and privacy.
You’re perfectly positioned to explore:
• 15 minutes to Granada city center
• 20 minutes to the beach
• 30 minutes to Sierra Nevada Mountain

Just 3 minutes by car, Padul village offers lively bars, local restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and all daily essentials.
It’s the ideal balance: peaceful surroundings with fast access to culture, food, nature, and adventure.
Guest access
When you book a stay at The Chill Inn, you will have access to everything the property has to offer. This means it is a completely private experience, with no shared spaces.
Other things to note
We kindly ask for a security deposit of €600 for all reservations.
The deposit can be paid in cash or by card upon arrival and will be fully refunded within 24 hours after check-out, provided everything is left in good condition.
This is simply a standard precaution to protect the property and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
